Your initial visits will be forty minutes long and you will be assigned a primary
therapist. Please bring your insurance cards and physician's referral for
physical therapy. A treatment plan will be devised with your individual needs and requirements. Each session will then be approximately 40 minutes long and you will see our team of therapists who are well trained in manual therapy. Your primary therapist will monitor your daily progress and correspond with your physician as needed. Throughout your treatment process, you will be re-evaluated so that we may modify and progress with your treatment plan as needed.
According to Connecticut State Law, you may have 6 visits per year without a physicians referral/prescription. However, most insurance plans will not cover PT services unless ordered by a physician. Please contact our office for further information regarding this unique program.
Our commitment to you...
is to keep your needs a primary so that we may best assist you on the path to your full potential and recovery. The final goal is INDEPENDENCE.
